Thinking about Giac k04 software. Those of who have the Hammer, PC16 stuff...
I know you need the TT mass but does it fit in the stock airbox? Or is it easier to use a cold air setup. Also those of you who may have tried it. Which way is better? Thanks.

Carbonio
is what I went with. I beleive you can, with a bit of work, fit it into the stock airbox.
Ill have a better idea of the efficacy of the carbonio after a few HPDE days.
oh and my AWM is using a 4-bar and it's working well. ( I may try a 3 bar on the advice of another here.....

I have HKS intake. I do not like it. I finally found a stock airbox with the MAF hole enlarged to 3"
I have yet to install it but am very happy to finally be ridding myself of the noisy cone filter. I have a really effective heat shield in place and the setup works very well, it is the blow off noise (created by diverter valve blowing air back out cone filter) and the constant "whoosh" noise that I severely dislike. On WOT it sounds great, but the constant presence of it is very irritating.
For these reasons I strongly recommend you modify the stock air box. Just my two cents.
