Are those In Dash LCD Screens Illegal???

Does anyone know if the in-dash lcd screens that have TV capability are illegal?

they are legal, they just have to be grounded to the e brake or somethin along those lines

that can be avoided also though

I believe in california they are...but I have see them installed in the sun visor so you just need

flip them up, all leagal again

I had one...

Cop asked if it was a TV i just said nope and he didnt really bother checking it out. But yeah they are illegal unless it is wired to the e-brake.
