Could you guys let me know what speakers you have used with the adapters, I have found that many of the speakers will contact the window when you roll it down due to the increased depth.

I've used two different sets with nexxia adapters. First, were Infinity Reference 5022i 5-1/4" 2-way Speakers, but they blew out. The second set, which I am on now, are Polk audio Db521's. I must warn that the nexxia adapters came into contact with the speaker surrounds. That is why the first pair blew, and probably why the second pair might blow. Both speakers are pretty cheap sets, so I plan to remedy the situation when I upgrade my stereo at a later date.
