For those in PA, what type of Emissions testing do they do on your B5?

Default For those in PA, what type of Emissions testing do they do on your B5?
From the PA DMV website it says that they should only do a gas cap check and an OBD systems check...

Would I be ok to pass those checks with my Test Pipe Installed?

Due to the APR Test Pipe software, I do not have a CEL for the testpipe on my 2001. or will they actually log the Lambda Data to determine O2 readings?

Default gas cap and readiness codes, and no CEL
IIRC, you can fail as many as 2, and still pass.

mine fails for the post O2 sensor, but still passes.

Default 96 - 00 2 not readies pass 01 - present 1 not ready pass KOEOFF Cel on/momentary KOEON no cel in
addition to above

So I'd be ok with my Test Pipe? I have no CEL (due to APR Fix), and no other Codes stored in ECU...

No, because they are supposed to visually verify a cat is present.
