To those who have replaced their front lower spoiler due to scraping, etc ...

I notice from the archives that several people have done this. I just had my dealer replace mine after their mechanic pulled up too close to a cement parking stop and scraped it. My question concerns the fasteners that hold it in place. From the factory, there is a fastener on each side located right where the spoiler meets the bumper in the front wheel well. It looks something like a rivet and does not seem to have any sort of driver slot. There are several fasteners in the area - I am referring to the one that sits in a horizontal position, with the shaft of the screw or bolt parallel to the ground and facing the front of the car (bolt or screw head facing the tire). In replacing the spoiler, the dealer seems to have replaced this fastener with a traditional screw or bolt. It looks like a zinc-plated part, but I hate that it is shiny silver in the black wheel well and also may start to rust.
What is the appropriate fastener that the dealer should have used and where can I get it so I can make the switch?
I realize that it's a bit **** to worry over a screw, but I hate it when a job may not have been done right.

parts department at the dealer and they can look up the correct part number. Mine had two in each wheel well.
