that's just what I've heard (so they may actually be just fine). I live about a 3 minute drive from Newport, but prefer to continue going to Commonwealth.

About a month ago I needed an oil change. It was a walk-in, no appointment. The service manager, Ryan, was very helpful. The whole thing took about 25 ~ 30 mins. I even had a chance to see how they changed the oil for my car.
Generally the staffs at Pacific Audi r very friendly and experienced. They provide fast and accurate service. Almost all of my car's services were done by them. But I still can remember the 1st time I went there the service advisor yelled at me, maybe b/c I was young and was driving a Pelican blue A4. He was like a late 50ish guy, he said,"U HAVE A CHIP IN UR CAR??? IS UR CAR CHIPPPPPPPED???" There's another time that a salesperson turned his back on me, b/c I was being too honest. He asked me if I'd like them to call me when the new A4 arrives (I was asking for a brochure). I told him that I still couldn't accept the new A4's styling and I wouldn't be interested in buying the new A4 any time soon (big mistake to be honest at dealer's showroom, I know). He then basically went back to his seat and ignored my existence... But I don't really care b/c their service department is great and I know I can depend on them.
