Thottle Valve Controller Code, I never ends with this car please HELP
I was working on another problem related to the Power Terminal 30 Code and believe that is fixed, but after fixing that problem the car will not hold an idle and stalls everytime I start it.
I ran the Vag and it came up with Throttle Valve Contoller Code. Can I repair this or do I need to buy a new one? Its the Throttle Body correct?

The VAG revieled 17953 Throttle Valve Controller Malfunction P1545-
35-00
10/98 A4 1.8t AEB
I have a feeling this has been my problem from the get go. Let me know if it can be fixed and if not where to get a cheap rebuild.

Disconnected battery disconnected ECU reconnected in same order
Then turned the key on and let it sit for over 5 minutes, the car still runs like crap.
Also I dont hear any activity from the T-Body like I used to when it was done in prior.
The TB usually makes clicking noises when its working with the key in the on position this thing isnt.
The car hold an idle but will not accept any advance in throttle, i can disconnect the TBody connector and the car will keep running actually runs stronger with it disconnected.
I have the full version Vag activation code coming on Monday so hopefully I can adapt through the Vag.
It seems like the T-Body isnt functioning and may need replacement.
Any ideas

I tried to do a shareware TBA and it gave me the old you must REGIST
ER. If you know how I can do it using 311.2 or better let me know. Unless Im doing something wrong it doesnt seem to work, thanks
Here is the proceedure I followed let me know?
It would be nice to drive the car this weekend.
[Select]
[01 - Engine]
[Measuring Blocks - 08]
Enter Group 060 (may be Group 098 on some cable-throttle cars)
[Go!]
[Switch to basic settings]
Once you do this you will see the top right display say ADP RUN. The TB
adaptation is being done as soon as you switch to basic settings. You will see the values change and hear the TB cycle for the first few seconds then it will stop. Leave it in basic mode for about 30 seconds, then switch back to normal settings and you're all set.
