I used it once on the recommendaion of a friend. I did just what they told me to do, change the filter half way through the life cycle and top it off. A the oil change I sent a sample for analysis. It was shot. I was not impressed. I use Mobil 1 0w-40 or 5w-50

Not worth ordering, too expensive....etc.
I like to use the same oil everytime. Ordering AMSoil constantly is not as worthwhile since the Mobil 1 40 weights came out as well as German Syntec. (I paid $3.99/q at AutoZone for my GC) Saab Synth 0w-30 is as good of better than AMSoil and costs about $3.25/litre. Shell Rotella T Synth 5w-40 is at WalMart for about that price. Perfect results with otc oil at 6 month intervals. What more could a person want?
