Default Throttle issues
I only seem to get 86.4% full throttle when looking at it Vagcom. I tried to to adjust it with Vagcom, don't remember the name, but you switch to basic settings for this meass block and it calibrates the throttle pot. So - what do I do? I tried turning the throttle by hand but I still only got 86.4% so it's not just cable slack. Oh, yeah, it's NOT a DBW, it's a cable actuated thingy. Vagcom only indicates part throttle at full throttle. Car hesitates a bit sometimes, pulled fault codes and they read something about throttle. Don't remember right now - sorry.

Default 86.4 degrees is the highest I've been able to get. Many others get lower angles than that
I doubt the throttle position is your problem.

FYI "cable actuated thingy" = nDBW/non drive by wire or some say DBC/drive by cable
