i was doing my cv joints and boots and found lots of play in my tie rod on the passenger side, got some new tie rod ends (heavy duty)..
managed to get the jam/lock nut loose and backed off... got it popped out of the steering knuckle.. but it wont turn for nothin inside of the tie rod itself..even tried putting it back in the knuckle and turning the tie rod with a wrench like someone would do when adjusting the alignment.. damn thing wont budge.. nor the drivers side!
anyone have any ideas?

Got some good corrosion in there I'd bet. Grab a good penetrant, like PB Blaster, let it soak, and go back at it. It'll come loose, just a matter of getting good torque on it. Good luck..

use a torch. alternate with penetrating oil. I had the same problem and after a couple rounds of those two (overnight) it finally came off. Careful though, I also managed to partially melt the boot.
