Default Tie Rod not coming off

1999 1.8T. doing complete front suspension. First tie rod will not come off. lock nut loose. added a little heat to inner tie rod. and torqued the outer. Just spun the rubber isolation in the outer. any suggestions?

tried the famous pinch bolts. they came right out. put PB blaster on yesterday and put back together.

Going to give a another day and PB. If no go. Then going to melt outer end off TR, so I can get a hold of the threaded portion of outer.

Again any help greatly appreciated.

Change the whole tie rod. Both of them.

Back the locknut all the way to the end of the threads or rubber bushing, whichever comes first. Then use a wrench on the locknut to try to turn the whole end off.

This^^^ You're putting a lot of time into something that would be solved by doing both. And some day, you're going to have to do the inner any way.

Yes, as said do them both (INNER AND OUTER) once you spin the rubber the car is not safe to drive, and the inners are not expensive. I have not had good luck getting them out once seized.
