Time for a change.....just ordered some Audi Bolero rims for my A4.
I've lusted after these rims since I first saw them on a friend's UrS4 5 years ago...but they were always around $300 each, so no dice. A friend found a good deal on them at Impex (699), and I just ordered them. Can't wait to get them on my car.
I was going to buy the RS4 replica rims, but I decided that these are almost as good looking, and since they are very rare, it would be a better fit for my car. These are Audi OEM rims (Ronal makes wheels for Audi?!?) that came on certain sport equipped A4s in Europe and UK (the 180hp quattro gmbh A4s), and they were a Euro only rim for the UrS4s and UrS6s.
What do they weigh? I don't know and just don't care anymore. When $20K Neons are producing 240hp, saving 50 pounds just doesn't matter to me anymore (thats why I am getting rid of the super light OZ SLs currently on my car).
Besides, I am a sucker for polished lips (insert AWOT joke here) like my old Borbet Type Es.

Well, I was originally only selling one, but I guess I am going to sell 4 now.
Drop me an email about the 4 rims, I have 1 other person that was intersted in them, but they may have already found a set. The OZs I have aren't that great...the finish is looking very tired due to some crazy acidic wheel cleaner my friend used on them.
I had a 5th, but long long ago I promised that rim to Bobba Fett, and he has already sent me the money for that rim. Guess I better get that out of my sig. Luckily, that rim was never washed, so the paint on it is perfect.

you said you got em at Impex? can you point a link to them, or was this a one-off/special order deal? nice look for sure. reminds me of som eo fthe older no sport wheels (though those were 15s i think).
