Default Timing Belt 1.8L... When ?

My 1999 maintenance manual (992.564.8M0.21 printed 7-98) is not clear on when to change the timing belt.

Under 75,000 miles it says Replace (V6 5-valve and V8 engines)

Under 80,000 miles it says Ribbed Belt and V-belt replace (1.8L Turbo engine only).

Does anyone know when Audi recommends changing the timing belt for the 1.8L engine ?
