Default timing belt kit... help me decide. QUICK

i need to decide which kit is the best. 1998.5 Audi A4 2.8Q 5-speed with 116k miles. yes ive done my search but i wanna know which is the most complete?

1) ECS-tuning Ultimate kit
( http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/pagebuild_v2.cgi?make=Audi&engine=V6%2030v&amp ;model=B5%20A4&submodel=Quattro&category=M aintenance )

2) Blauparts.com timing belt kit

3)Shokan.com timing belt kit

what i need to know is, which one is the most complete what else is needed (ie. timing belt tensioner? what is that? does it look like a small metal rod or a pulley?)
i need this quick because i need to make an appointment soon. thanks.

You get one in the ECS Utlimate kit. Do your water pump and coolant while you're at it I say.

the timing belt tensioner holds tension on the timing belt. it is included in all the kits you posted, and needs to be changed along with the timing belt.

I would get the ECS ultimate timing belt kit. it's the cheapest of the 3 , and it also includes the serpentine belt. I did the same kit on my 1.8T a few months ago.

you're having someone do this for you, yes?

I'll be getting that one. Mine is due for replacement.
