Tiptronic Question
What are the symptoms of a bad tiptronic(automatic) transmission on it's way out? Im trying to figure out if mine is on it's last leg or not, so can anyone tell me what are some symptoms of our tranny's going out? Thanks.

You should ask the following:
1. How many miles are on the vehicle?
2. When was the last time the transmission fluid was replaced?
3. How many times has the transmission been driven hard?
4. Is the transmission slamming into gear?
If you have any doubts you may wish to take the car in for a fluid replacement.
I recommend replacing the transmission fluid at least every 25-30k miles.
