I have read a bunch of posts here claiming that it is bad news to have tires with different amounts of wear on an Audi at the same time. I recently had a blow out on the highway and had the tire replaced under road hazard. The other three tires have been on the car for about 18k and the blown tire was replaced about 2k ago. Originally the new tire was on the rear so i didn't worry about it too much, but now i need to rotate my tires and am worried it might cause problems up front. Should i be concerned? I will be replacing all four with winter tires in a few months so I really want to avoid buying a new tire now if i can.
