I had to deliver a 02 b6 1.8tqt

lets just say that I find the B6 1.8T to be SLOW..... slow like chevy impala slow... or ford taurus slow.

I have no idea why people buy cars that are such a suck to drive... my 12v is a blast to drive unlike the b6 1.8T...

maybe the b6 sport is better... but the one I drove was utterly lacking in emotion or spirit. The car needed a good solid demonic possession via apr or giac.. because damn! its that weaksauce out of the box.

Got back into my car... with the race seats and manual gearbox.. stiff suspension and some other goodies the b6 doesnt have... I feel soooo much better now. The engine in my car is much more agressive than the b6, it actually wants another gear when its done with the previous one. The b6 drove like it had the wind knocked out of it. I currently believe that the 1.8T is far far too weaksauce for the megaporky! b6... b5 wasnt bad with manual... b6 yikes... talk about pokey and the tiptronic is clumsy, slow and in general just not even fun to drive... my father's 01 2.8QT was far more amusing to drive than that b6 today.

not too bad, actually. I really like all the gadgets...my favorite is the way the turn signal stays on for a couple seconds for a lane change blip...but I think the B5 interior feels more real. hard to be more precise than that...it just has a sort of opulance that is absent in the B6.

just as slow if not slower than my old 1.8 tip. The only B6 I'd get it's the S4...unless someone gives me the car for free.
