has anyone ever experienced when coming to a sudden stop it suddenly feels like you get hit from behind..then you realize the transmission slipped into neutral and suddenly slams into gear? any suggestions ? this also happens sometimes when cornering to the left..its realy weird. is i've read past post about "the clunk", does this escalate usually into a major tranny problem ? and is there any way to check the fluid level?
