No, my math is fine. Because dino costs 1/3 as much, he can change it 3x as often for the same cost.
Why bother whining about the "time" it takes to change oil? In one post you are saying someone should not complain about $20 spent on 4q of oil, but in this one you are complaining about the trouble of a 5 minute DIY oil change. Which is it? Are you willing to DIY oil to keep the engine in the best condition or are you afraid to get your hands dirty? Pick a synthetic oil and an interval, I guarantee Warren Products "SUPERTECH" SM oil will beat it for $0.97c/q.
