...does it appear to be the same thing as the stock one? In all honesty, is this thing really any more durable than stock? mine came in the mail today (along with my S4 liners), so I'm goin to put it all in Saturday.. I was just curious to know if it's really all that much more beefy, it just doesnt look it or something...

Durability is still a question, but it will hold higher pressure with the heavier spring in it.

Diaphragm appears to be the same, I think it's just the spring.

someone on the S4 forum (JoshD I think) cut them both open and sliced both diaphragms in half and measured the thicknesses of them. The 225TT valve diaphragm was a good bit thicker.
