then what in the world is that weird bounce when I................
shift from first to second when i'm trying to get on it...3-4k prm...after i completed the shift (as soon as the 2nd gear engages) it bounces the car.... any ideas? I was told that it's turbo lag...

lag? lol
like Skene said, you barely will hit boost in first gear...it's over in 2 seconds. How much less lag are you expecting...You have a very small turbo that spools up quite fast and makes/hits peak torque at an almost idling 1800rpm...how often are you below 1800 rpm in first?

that's not lag at all
more like releasing the clutch too soon or some other driver related error. No offense intended, but that is not lag. If you are accelerating hard and you shift into 2nd the revs will drop to maybe 3500/4000 rpm, which is well above the area where the turbo begins to spool...you should be at full boost at that rpm band, which means there is no chance for lag. Try coming off the clutch slower.

no-skillZ-havin' drivin'
Practice shifting until you get the car to feel smooth at a normal city acceleration, then work on doing that faster and faster under heavier acceleration.
