Default Sigh...keyword is you bought a BPV...same thing as you had before. Get an open intake..

Default HAI=Loss of performance also

Better advice is get a Civic with a Greddy 16g and rice that up instead.

Our cars are not ricers, they do not make ricer noises, and they do not like ricer parts. ( That being said, every actual dyno test I have seen for ricer mods has been a HP loss even in ricer cars. )

Default At least help the guy out

Get a short open air intake and the sound should be a little louder.

If you reaaaaallllllly want the sound, you would have to relocate the MAF to after the BOV to get it to vent to the atmosphere and still meter the right amount of air, which isnt worth it IMO unless you were putting an FMIC and were doing custom piping.

If you did put a BOV as it is now, car will run a little rich in between shifts, but IMO will not cause that much damage. I suppose over time it may, but that is left to be debated.

Default OK, lemme help:

We don't have a scene.

If you care for your car, you will not buy anything from LLtek or Alteeza, you will not add a BOV, you will not add a hot air intake, you will not add a wing.

You will run stickers on your car for every company that pays you to do so. If they do not pay you, you do not run stickers.

You will not paint any interior items to match the exterior.

Chrome is for Hardley Ablesons. Not your wheels.

You will please do your best to write entire words. Not doing so makes me and a few others think you are lazy, and we are disinclined to help lazy people.

You do not need to upgrade your BPV until well after chipping and possibly a big turbo.

Cars that make the BOV sound not only run like *** but make everyone not a ricer look around for the garbage truck.

Default Youre debating as to if it causes damage is trumped by my

having worked on cars that had BOV's.

It will, and it will hurt performance.
