Default turn signal failure -- relay or combination switch?

I did some searching and it looks like there have been failures with both the combination switch and the relay.

My lights all work fine except when I put my signals on they flash for a split second then don't work at all (no relay "clicking" either). My hazards however work fine. It seems that pre- 98.5?? the turn signal and hazard flasher relay was one in the same. After that are there 2 separate relays? Where are they located and what is the part number for the turn signal relay.

Thanks.

Default its the actual button on your dash

thats the relay for all of the turn signals/hazards.

Default so the hazard button is bad even though the hazards still work fine?

and only the turn signals are affected.
