my bottom front door trim was falling off - basically rotting off. So I went to get the part at the dealer. They told me they should do it because to replace the trim you need to remove the door panel to get a screw that holds it on.
1.5 hours labour they told me - for a $39.99 part!!! Screw that! After looking at it I noticed the screw was in plain sight, not behind the door panel and I replaced the trim myself in 3 minutes...
typical dealer mentality, man... Rob you if they can. I won't be going back there - Beechmont Audi in Cincinnati. Basically lied to my face.
