Ugh- took out my S3 MAF today and went back to stock.. car feels sloooooww

Default Ugh- took out my S3 MAF today and went back to stock.. car feels sloooooww
I've been getting CELs a lot lately, indicating a lean condition, so I decided to take out the S3 MAF I got from UrS4 and go stock for a bit, as the codes started popping up around the time I went to the modified MAF... car feels SO much slower now. Guess I'll have to wait and see about the codes, though

Do you need anything else to run the other MAF, or is it just a straight swap-in mod?

Default S3 MAF shouldn't give you codes, I'd check elsewhere...
mine's been in for 6 months, no codes from MAF, besides the first day when I forgot to plug something back in!

Default direct swap.
you have to find an older MAF at a junkyard to send to UrS4 as a core, however. email him for more info

I tested the voltage to the MAF per the bentley, and voltage indicated a failed MAF....

UrS4 has an inventory of used MAF sensors that he sells cheap to S3 customers. Email him.
