Ultimate Body Shop in Lake Bluff, IL-any experience with them?

My 98 2.8 silver quattro A4 was rear-ended last night by a big Chevy truck with a big brush-guard which gouged my bumper and scratched and dented my trunk. The Highland Park Audi Exchange recommended this body shop. Has anybody used them or heard good/bad about them? Should I have the bumper replaced or is it possible to repair it to look good as new? The gouge is down to some darker layer underneath. Is silver really hard to match? Any advise on how to make sure the body shop does a good job would be appreciated.
Sue S
98 2.8QMS silver

Sue,
I have had some work done at the ultimate paint shop, and while the work is B+ to A-, they ALWAY take far laonger than their estiamted time. I find the best place in Northern illinois to be Lake Forest Sports Cars (bodyshop). They are the local Ferrari and Aston Martin dealer and they will work with an insurance company estimate. They ahve a half million dollar spray (paint) booth (something RARELY seen anywher en the US), and their customer service and timlimess is the absolute best.
Incidently, they are in teh same complex as The Ultimate Paint Shop in Lake Bluff (you pass it on the way into the back area of their shared building).
I don't have the body shops number, but the LFSC's main # is (847)295-6560.
Hope this helps!
Mike
