Default Your fault for missing your appointment. You should have known that it was going out of warranty

and made arrangements to have the work done beforehand. Sorry

Default Scream louder and higher until someone at AoA approves this.

Your dealer is in a pinch...there is nothing they can do, unless you get the approval from AoA. 5 days out of warranty is rediculous, and shame on you for putting yourself in this position to begin with.

Default from a business point of view why would they pay for something they dont have to

...there has to be some kind of limit, otherwise, people would be coming in weeks/months after their warranty is up complaining..

Well that one's easy. Cause he won't buy another Audi is his ownership experience is bad.

if nothing else i think they would want to replace it to keep someone as a customer, so i would keep buying audis

AOA even tried the slightest to help me out , and i know its not there respsonsabilty to do anything at all, but i do belive that if they want repeat customers they should try a litle harder to keep the ones thay have. 5 days is bull****!!!
