First of all, thanks to all who gave me input!
I removed the ICV and cleaned it.* It was a bit tricky to get the ICV out, there is really not much room to get your hands or tools in there, but the engine hasn't stalled since. The idle is still a tad rough, but there is no considerable "dipping" anymore.
I'm a tad worried, though, because the ICV's resistance was 11.4 Ohm, higher than the required 7 to 11 Ohm. Should I replace the ICV anyway? And how much does one cost?
*What helped me a lot in being able to locate and remove the ICV were instructions I found on this forum here. Here is the link to the clearly illustrated and very useful instructions:

PS: NeedForSleep was right with his suspicion which "mystery" vacuum hose was disconnected on my car. It was the hose that went from the throttle body to the intake manifold valve. Thanks man! :-)

Yesterday's thread regarding poor idle/stalling

A high resistence would indicate lower current to the unit, which is bad, and could cause the ICV to react slowly or not work at all.
Since your resistance was only 0.4Ohms greater than the top of the spec, you shouldn't be worried. That isn't much error in resistance.
