its been awhile and i forgot to update this post. here are the pictures of the damage done to my car.

i got a call from the vice president of stevens creek audi about a few weeks after posting my complaint. he had told me my post was brought up to his attention and he questioned why i would bring damage claims 14 months after they were done. i told him when the damages were done i brought them to the attention of george at the time of picking up the car. he told me he didn't know that and needed to talk to george.

2 days after the phone call, he calls again. at this time i truly thought the vp was going to fix what they damaged but that wasn't to be. he tells me that my relationship with ab is like a marriage that can't be reconciled. so at this point i just asked him to fix the damages in the trunk area since i was worried about rust. he agrees to that and told me to expect a call from the person who worked on my car.

3 days later i get a call from the dent plus person to schedule an appointment. but due to school and work i couldn't meet up with him. so i finally have time and i will be meeting with the dent plus person tomorrow.

btw, for the numerous people who have told me to report them to the bbb thanks for the suggestions but i'm not going to do that. it would only be a complete waste of my time, and i have already wasted enough time with anderson behel.
