After changing out my stock valve with the updated TT valve I would recommend that everyone who thinks there car has lost some power do this. I took my car to the dealer 5000 miles ago complaining of power loss and I told them I believed it to be this valve. At first they told me there was nothing wrong, but after I insisted they look harder. They then told me my turbo was bad and would have to be replaced, but the valve was ok. Damn I thought I'am chiped and they are going to stiff me on this, but they replaced it under warranty. The car still felt short on power so tonight I replaced the valve - WOW like adding 20 hp.

Totally agree about replacing. I would never let the dealer put the inadequate stock DV back in.

Part number 06A-145-710-N, cost around $30.00. Make sure to get clamps for all three hoses.
