Upgrading 99.5 A4 stock speakers (non-bose) - what sizes are where? advice wanted!

I have a black 99.5 1.8T with the stock stereo (non-bose). I have upgraded the head unit to a top of the line Eclipse deck which has 3 high voltage pre-outs, among other things. however, I can only upgrade one component of my system further at this point, so amps will have to wait (assuming it is more effective to upgrade to high quality speakers first...rather than amplify and further emphasize the short comings of the stock speakers)..so this brings me to speakers. First of all, what is the layout of my current system? I know there are speakers in the front doors (components) and speakers on the rear deck. What size are all of these speakers? I was thinking about buying Boston Acoustic Pro 4" components for up front? Does this make sense? What would you put in the back? 6x9 coax's? 6.5 components? Suggestions and info on sizes to use would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.
Thanks.

I recently installed 5.25" components in the front and 6" coaxials in the rear, both are JL Audio XR's i think with 2 10 inch subs in the trunk, all powered by a Clarion Pro 5 channel amplifier. I like the way it sounds, but i think the JL's are somewhat brighter compared to the MB Quarts i have in my other car. Hope this helps and good luck.

you could go with the MB Quarts componetnts 5.25 for the front and 6.5 components for the rear..MB Quart also sells adapter rings for front and bac k to make installation easier no mods..

http://www.mbquart.com</a
