Default Neuspeed's Short Shift Kit consists of a new Audi/VW shift housing with the Neuspeed billet
steel short shift lever pre-installed. The Neuspeed lever is approximately 1/2" shorter than stock and also features a re-designed pivot point. The result is a throw reduction of approx. 35%. A carefully calibrated counterweight machined into the lever preserves the solid feel of the factory shifter.
