I have searched and searched but can't seem to find a clear answer on this. Is the inner diameter of the OEM vacuum line 3.5mm or 4 mm? I want to make sure I replace it with the same size. Also, do I only need one size to replace all my vacuum and secondary air lines or are there multiple sizes?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I bought 20ft of hose so I would have a bunch left over for future use or to help a friend out. The prices change at that website, so you will need to take the information in the pic and go to the McMaster website to price it all. You can find the tool on Ebay, but when I cheched the price it was around the same as McMaster Carr anyway. There are other types of tools like nipper clippers that do the same job and are less money. Take the part numbers from the pic and input them in the "find product" field of the McMaster Carr website.

I finally went out in the cold and removed several of the vacuum lines and measured their ID. I also measured the smallest diameter on the nipples they go on. I measured 4 mm, with the exception of the line going from the Secondary Air Injection Valve to the Combination Valve. This line measured an ID of 3.5mm. There wasn't enough room to get the calipers on either of the nipples that this line goes on so I'm left wondering...
Is it really supposed to be 3.5mm with the others 4mm? Or did someone replace 3.5mm lines with 4mm(5/32") lines or replace a 4mm line with a 3.5mm line?
Does anyone have more information?
Thanks.
