Default VAG-COM can't access the following
08-Auto HVAC
15-Airbags
25-Immobilizer

Excess comm error for all those above

Ideas?

Uncheck the "Reduce CPU Usage" options for the two KWP protocols.

25 wont work unless b6 or europe b5 with immobilizer

Default I've seen connection probs like that from loose connections at the OBDII connector
Had to jiggle the cable like a toilet handle.
