I have seen an S4 Avant brilliant black here in san diego, lowered on what I would have sworn were
OEM 18" RS4 wheels. The car didn't have widened fenders or anything so the offset most likely was stock. Good chance the wheels exist. I just don't know who carries them. Maybe Audi Europe has them?

yes... with spacers added...
