Vibration at 70mph

Vibration at 70mph
I am experiencing a vibration at 70 mph which goes away at 75mp. I replaced the tires thinking that maybe they were fatally out of balance and my suspension is brand new (completely overhualed thanks to Purems). Could this be a bad bearing or perhaps a bent wheet? Any ideas? Thanks.
