Vibration front while braking
hi all i have a vibration in the car when depress the brake at high speeds..also i checked out the rotors and it has silver streaks on it and the rest is rust...is it because the caliper is not making the brake pads touch the rotor?...also on the right side there are less rust lines....is my caliper gone bad..?...also when i am parked and when i start the car and start turning the steering wheel i hear a noise that the rotor is moving against the pad..can anyone help me out...thanks in advance

could also be rust on the rotors from the car sitting
Moisture retention by capillary action or surface tension between the pad surface and rotor. Then these areas scrub extra material off the pads leaving grooves in the pad where it doesn't contact the rotor ,so more rust develops in streaks . Cure = replace rotors . Also replace pads and make sure the caliper if free .

Drive it some more, use the brakes and try to scrub off that rust on the rotor
if after that you still have the vibrations, you should probably swap pads and rotors (and flush te fuid too).
