Vibration problem. Need help...

It seem like it won't go away. Few weeks ago I posted in the Tire forum the same topic. Te car vibrates at speed greater than 60mph. I can feel it at lower speeds too but not nearly as strong. I had my tires balanced and an alignment done at the dealer but that did not solve anything. The vibration is always there but it gets stronger with speed. I have noticed that if I enter the freeway with faster acceleration the vibration gets stronger immediately and stays on for a while. Then it could go away or calm down for a while. I am planning on balancing my tires again, perhaps they did not do it right the first time. I can feel it coming from the front right wheel stronger than any other part of the car. If I am going about 70mph and I press the brake lightly I can feel it on the steering wheel, but when I am braking at low speeds I don't feel any vibration. So I don't know if the rotors have anything to do with it. I have tried driving on the freeway, wait for the vibration to pick up, then put the car in neutral and noticed that the vibration would be still there just as strong as if the car was in gear. I have an appointment with the dealer in 2 weeks and I want make sure this time it gets fixed.
Any input would be appreciated

Mine had more like 20K miles when I finally got rid of them. They were no longer round. While balanced properly, they felt rough and vibrated at higher speeds. When I took them off, they wouldn't even roll across the garage without falling over, no longer round.

There's a new kind of balancing machine that has a roller to test the roundness of the tire durring the balancing process. It's made by hunter. Maybe you could find one of those locally to test the threory.
What I did was abuse the hell outta them until they were worn enough to justify new tires. I got a set of Yokohama AVS Sports and they are unbelievably better. If you need all-season, consider the Dunlop SP5000.
Good luck,
Rich

If it's still noticeable, find a good tire shop. They should be able to put the heavy part of the tire 180 degrees away form the heavy part of the wheel (if the wheel costs less than an arm and a leg, it will not be perfectly balanced). And they will probably have a better tire balance machine, such as a Hunter. I have never had a wheel/tire from a good shop that produced anything more than VERY minor vibration, and after moving it to the rear, my ability to notice the imbalance always went away.
