Default Makes that Incandescent Halogen look like a Flippin' Kero Lantern :P

You should add some coolant to your reservoir, looks kinda low.

Default I'll be swapping my 35W VVME's out for a 55W HID Kit this weekend......

I'll let you know if I blow any fuses! LOL.

Completely unlikely though because stock halogen bulbs are 55W.

I am also running 65W H7's in my High Beams with no problems.

Did you tap into the ground wire or just bypass it from the ballast?

That's the ground coming from the housing wiring.
