its no where near as dramatic as I had expected. Before I installed it I wasnt sure if I was going to love it or hate it, turns out I just like it. It did help smooth the ride out a lot. Before if I was to mess up a shift a little the car would give a quick little kick...no more. If you let off the gas quickly...no more kick. The over all feel of the car just smoothed out. But I was surprised that there are no vibrations. The mount had about .25mm of play not the recommended 1mm. I tried grinding down the shroud but it just wasnt working, gave up and installed it anyway...turned out fine. Dispite the 4 1/2 hour install I thought it was worth it

You can always unbolt the driver's side motor mount and jack up the engine to change it.
