Waited 15 mn to Clear Bra now many fine pits in clear coat and chips in paint. Suggestions?

Waited 15 mn to Clear Bra now many fine pits in clear coat and chips in paint. Suggestions?
I'm going to touch up the chips as per carcareonline.com. What to do for the tooooo many clear coat pits?

I wanted to get the ClearBra also, but had paint chips on the hood...
The guys who apply the 3M StoneGuard recommended that I go to an auto-shop that specializes in paint chip repairs. They mentioned a good place.
But, that can get a little expensive. Should have got it applied day 1 to save on chip repair.
