1) let's not assume he can do the work himself. 2) if you're going to do the TB, you should do more
than just the belt and tensioner - which will clost you more than $200. 3) My point about the wheels is that if the prior owner curbed the wheels and the used car lot didn't even bother to get a new center cap - then neither have probably taken care of this car.
