Thanks for everyone's help with me finding these bulbs. #3157 at autobarn.com. They look great when off and not as bright of amber when on.

looks great. my friend used some special spray paint stuff on his bulbs and they look just like those bulbs.

After removing the amber reflectors (via the clear corner article in the tech section) the factory amber bulbs were left looking a little odd. In fact, when viewed from the front the amber bulbs, even when off, really stood out because of their reflecion. The APC bulbs are silver in color when off, giving the clear look I wanted. But when turned on (turn signal or driving/headlights) they light up amber. They're not as bright as the factory ones but good enough.

I thought about painting the factory ones silver but heard stories of it being difficult. Some people's turn out great, others not so great.

Default JT - Is your tint all the way around?

looks very nice, looks darker than 50%. Is it on all windows?

Not on windshield. Pic makes it look darker than it is.
