Weird AC blower problem

FIXED.
I replaced the resistor, the one in the first pic with the metal radiator.
New one made in Germany, the one that broke gone berserk was made in Spain, yuuk.
I kept my old blower, and now i have a replacement for later use.
Altough they differ a little, serial ends different, and radiator is bigger at the new one, it works and i hope nothing happenes in time
. Voltages are the same on both.
I posted a tutorial to change blower/resistor(ventilation controler) but its in my language, one day i`ll translate it, use google translate for now:
