weird noise when in reverse and turning the wheel.

I have a strange dull ringing noise that happens when I back up and turn the wheel? Anyone else experience this?

Sounds like the rear brake is dragging a little.

Common problem I believe. It should go away if you gentle tug on the hand brake. Nothing to worry about.
