Hooked up the harnesses...double checked the connections....
Parking Lights...Check
Turn Signals...Check
High Beams (Halogen)...Check
Low Beams (HID)....Nothing....NADA.
**** Me. I have an 8 hour drive to a job tomorrow and don't have time to dick around with this.
Looks like I will take out the kit and put in the H7 halogen Low Beam bulbs for now.
<sigh>

Also there are many different ways to wire up an aftermarket HID retro fit. Some are better than others, in terms of resistance.
Just to clear some things up;
You just got the E codes but had the HIDs already?
Are they the 1 piece Valeos?
How do you currently have everything wired?
(You know that you can wire the ballast directly to the "low beam" lead and just have 1 pair of wires going into the housing to the bulb rather than 2)
That's not how I have it on my car currently, But I had done it that way previously and it works flawlessly.

I did however put the regular H7 bulbs in instyead and they work fine. Need aiming, but work fine.

The power leads to the HID bulb itself are spade terminated to plug into the original two-pin bulb conectors.
I connected Red (+) on the HID power leads to the Yellow (+) side of the original bulb connector.
I connected Black (-) on the HID power leads to the Brown (-) side of the original bulb connectors.
No idea what it could be.
