Default Well.. ping city.. low pre boost RPM and high RPM ping at near WOT.
Still smells like and looks like I'm running rich.. *scratches head*

Must have a vac leak as well, will not boost over 15psi.

Default the pre boost ping has been there for a year or more.. higher RPM ping couple weeks now..
temps have been all over the board here. from high 30's to 78 yesterday.

Default Check and double check for exhaust leaks. Also check the vac line to the FPR...
You might want to consider a new FPR. Something's not right if it's loading up that much running off boost.. Which programming are you running?

The way I see it, you guys have sooo much invested in these things, it would be hard to justify bailing at this point..
