Default Well, took my A4 to the stealership to have them look at the control arms...

And just as i expected, they said all lowers were fine. Except they told me that i should change my tie rods and get my upper control arms fixed!!! Why didn't they recall the upper ones?!

most likely because they knew those are the ones you would need.

Default So what exactly has been recalled in regards to suspension?

I have yet to receive any paper work indicating anything (at all) being recalled from AUDI since the coilpack mailer!! A list would be a big help, or a link to an official webpage with all recalls for each model year.

Default I'm guessing once you go in for a "check-up" and the lower ones are ok, if they fail later on you

can't go back for a replacement rite?
