Default What are the best overall tires for under $150 each?
Priorities =
1. Dry and wet handling
2. Road Noise
3. Tire wear

Default the size needed would be helpful. TireRack sells S03s 225/45/17 for $155 + shippping.

from tirerack. You might check em out.

Default Sorry... size is 225/40/18. By overall, I mean good handling in wet and dry weather...
quiet on the road and a good tread life.

Default Falken FK451. Just drove on them this weekend on a 330 ci. AWESOME tire.
Grips probably as well as my S03's in the dry, but I'm not sure about the wet since it was hot and dry here in St. Louis.
