buying a longer cable is ideal if you need more length..
But couplers or Y's and what not work nicely if they are of good quality. I use them without problems.

Inside
Ok 2 pair out of the HU
Front and Rear and I have 3amps
1. 4ch for rear doors and front doors
2. One stereo for midbass on the rear deck
3. Mono for the Subs.
I need to split the rear RCA cable to 2RCA

well you could split it like you want
But that lowers the voltage signal going into those 2 amps. not by a lot, but it wont be true 4v, or 6v, or 8v (whatever your deck puts out). If your using the stock HU, which puts out 2v max, the signal to those amps will be pretty crappy.
I'd get an AudioControl 3XS, 4XS, or 6XS depending on what you plan to expand to. Either of those should do what you want.
